Built for the businesses that keep things running
Hundred Oaks Consulting was founded on a simple idea: small and mid-sized businesses deserve the same quality of project management and process expertise that big companies take for granted — without the big-company price tag or the consultant who disappears after handing over a report.
The story behind the name
Hundred Oaks Consulting is rooted in Franklin County, Tennessee — a region built on manufacturing, agriculture, and the kind of businesses where people actually make things. The name comes from the oak trees that define this landscape: deep-rooted, long-lived, and built to weather whatever comes.
That's the kind of consulting we set out to build. Not a firm that parachutes in with a slide deck and leaves you to figure out the rest — but a partner who works alongside you, understands your operation, and helps you build something that lasts.
We've spent years working in manufacturing, food and beverage production, and operations management — managing real projects, fixing real problems, and building the kind of processes that hold up under pressure. That experience is what we bring to every engagement.
How we work
Honest before helpful
If we don't think we're the right fit for what you need, we'll tell you. We'd rather point you in the right direction than take on work we can't do well.
Hands-on, not hands-off
We work alongside your team, not above them. The goal is always to leave you more capable than when we arrived — not dependent on us.
Plain language, always
No jargon, no buzzwords, no frameworks for the sake of frameworks. We explain things clearly and make sure everyone in the room understands what we're doing and why.
Right-sized for where you are
We don't sell you more than you need. Engagements are scoped to fit your actual situation — not a template built for a company ten times your size.
